This has been great for my kitty and great timing. I replaced my plastic fountain a week ago to this stainless steel one. My other one only ran when it was plugged in, which always worried me if the power went out and we'd be gone for a long weekend. I always kept a bowl of water sitting there too just in case. After putting this one up, our power grid got hit by a bad storm the other night and we've been out of power for 3 days now. This water fountain switched over to battery, which has eased my mind. My kitty is mesmerized when it kicks on whenever he sits by it. I love the blue light that shows me how much water is still left in it and it's super quiet. So far it's been great. It was easy to set up and the stainless steel is easy to clean.
So far so good, i had another fountain but as soon as the cats seen this they immediately started using it and stopped using the other one, both are rechargeable etc but i guess this one tastes better thr filter must be alot better.
I have NO IDEA how to change the filter!!! Love the fountain except for the filter exchange!

It will take a little time for my rescue furbaby to "trust" his drinking fountain. He's very skittish. I love that the pump is totally silent, one less disturbance. But he's not sure how to approach it because the sensor light blinks and the water flows when he approaches it. I'm hesitant to use the power cord (allowing it to run constantly) because if something would spook him and he'd scramble, I'd hate it if he got tangled in the power cord. Just little challenges to get him accustomed to "new" things. But think once he's unafraid it will be great.
The black filter that is supposed to fit around the filter is not tight enough and comes off. I fixed it by making it tighter by putting a paper clip on one end to make it a tight enough fit so it stays on.

You made it sound like the item was made in the USA. It took over one month to get my product. No communication about order status. Very poor customer service. Won't be buying and thing else from your company till you learn what truth in advertising is
make sure the pump system works! Power is getting to the upper unit but even when set on continuous water filtering the pump won't work. I tried contacting you via your website and have not seen a reply. Might rate it higher if it actually worked.

Other than the fact that it took over 6 weeks to arrive, I am satisfied with the product. The dogs are getting used to it and it is working out well for all three of mine (2 Weimaraners and a Dachshund).

I have three dogs. My oldest, Amber, a 15 year old dachshund/beagle or Weagle as my best friend calls her, loves the Pawdrate! She took to it immediately. The youngest, Griz, was a little Leary but now loves it. The middle boy, Blu was late to the party but now uses it without fear. I love that it’s easy to fill and they are drinking from it!!!
Took a few days for my dog to use the water fountain, but now he is just lapping it up. Silent pump, large capacity (for a yorky). Nice finish and long life on single charge. Took longer than expected to arrive and I didn't get notification of delivery.
