At Pawdrate Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we've created a policy that is fair, transparent, and easy to understand. Please read the following carefully.


🛑 Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, it is considered in transit and cannot be canceled or recalled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.


🛠️ 1-Year Quality Guarantee (For Damaged or Defective Items)

Your purchase is protected for one full year from the date of delivery.

  • What's Covered: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or a functional part fails within one year of normal use, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
  • What to Do: Please email us immediately at info@pawdrate.store with your order number and include clear photos or a video showing the issue.
  • Our Promise: Upon review, we will promptly offer you a choice between a free replacement. You will not be asked to ship the damaged or defective item back to us.

🔄 Returns for Other Reasons (e.g., Change of Mind)

Due to our international fulfillment network, we are unable to accept physical returns for items that are not damaged or defective. We cannot restock or resell returned goods, and this approach helps us reduce environmental waste and keep our prices competitive.

However, we want to ensure you are happy with your experience. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order.

  • What to Do: Email our support team at info@pawdrate.store with your order number and explain the reason for your dissatisfaction.
  • Our Solution: We will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund (while you keep the item) or store credit for a future purchase. Please note that returns for reasons other than product defects are not eligible for a full refund.

💳 Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed by our team.


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page are not eligible for returns or refunds.
