It was easy to set up once it arrived. My nine year old dog was the first to try it. She only drunk a little at first due to not being use to it but now she cannot get enough of it. My four year dog took a little longer to use it but now she loves the water that she drinks from it.
My dog does drink a lot more water. It is very quiet and not messy. Just keep adding water and it runs smoothly. Glad I purchased it. Love the blue light to sanitize. Very pleased.
What could have been a bad review is actually going to be a great one. I didn’t get my first order for over a month. But PawDrate Customer Support followed up with me and found out I had a problem. They got another fountain shipped and it arrived today. I never had to contact them. They were very proactive. The fountain itself was super easy to assemble and makes no noise. Very good quality. Looks great sitting on the mat. I’m impressed with the product and the company.

It was easy to put together and set up, but my dog will not even touch it & is afraid of it. I hope that gets better. What was the free gift?? Plus, I looked through everything and couldn’t find the small brush you’re supposed to use to clean the motor??

It was very simple to set up. I bought a year’s worth of filters. I love the fact that I don’t have to worry about the water becoming too hot in the sun from the window or that it may be growing bacteria. It stays nice and cool from the irrigation pump. At first my dog was a little hesitant; but now she seems to be drinking more water than before.

Pros: My 2 dogs and my cat love the fountain. It does seem to make them drink more water. Cons: Price, tariff added and I had to bail it out of the USPS (but the company reimbursed me), short battery life

This little chi is very scared of new things . He had n problem drinking out of it. I only have another dog who I rescued last year and he is a little afraid of it. But I keep trying.

It's awesome knowing that their water is fresh and filtered. No rushing in the morning to get to their water before they do. I got the 7L as I have 2 LARGE doggos. I am still adding water almost daily to make sure it stays full. I wash it once a week so far. My furbabies are drinking more. My gal, Sikuaq, tries to drink from the water falling. From the spigot. It makes her happy which makes me happy!!
